I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience! The front desk team was exceptionally attentive, providing a warm greeting during check-in and inviting me to join their online membership program, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect – very convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to key attractions. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Understand that the hotel is less than a year old, the rooms and facilities were new and clean. The buffet breakfast is awesome, and it is definitely one of the highlights. The bathroom design is modern and comfortable. These are really hard to find in most Phatthalung dated hotels. Despite the price, we always explore and support new hotels during our regular visit to Phatthalung.

The design is modern, calm, and super tasteful — everything from the color scheme to the layout just feels right. The shower was a dream: powerful water pressure, plenty of hot water — which is rare in Thailand. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, like sinking into a cloud — I genuinely didn’t want to get up. Add in the countryside view, cute balcony, and smart details like international power sockets, huge smart TV and this room easily felt 5-star quality. Highly recommended.

Staff here are exceptional. For tourists phattalung is not really a touristy place however English here was well above standard. Pool was fabulous, breakfast perfect and we had dinner here as well. No cafes within walking distance. Massage over the road was good and well priced. The rooms with pool access looked lovely and private . Reception also has lots of information on sights to see. Don’t miss Tham Tamlot Khao Daeng (caves and Buddha or Thale Noi) Would stay again .

We liked it so much that we stayed for 5 more nights than planned. New hotel, lovely large room with balcony, comfortable bed, great shower. Good breakfast buffet with a varied choice of Thai and international food. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Absolute love the architecture and the interior concept of Dusit Princess Hotel. The Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful, location is away from busy street, but still near to town.

The cheque in staff were very kind, very helpful. They walked us to the room and made. sure everything was okay. They helped book us a taxi to the train station when taxes are difficult to find.
